Netmail Shares at Christmas

Netmail continued its tradition of helping the Sun Youth organization this year, but added a little twist to its annual Sun Youth drive. This season, Netmail decided to have a potluck lunch, and invited everyone to not only bring a dish to share, but to also bring non-perishable items to donate to Sun Youth. Like always, Netmailers showed their generosity by helping the neediest families during this holiday season.

Congratulations, Shareholders!

Last week, we congratulated a few colleagues that recently hit their three-month mark with Netmail, and received their first issuance of shares. Netmail is 100% employee-owned and practices open-book management. As I have shared in prior posts, I truly believe that when employees become owners, their commitment to the company often changes, and that gets reflected in the work they do—whether it’s developing our email management software or taking care of our clients—it all leads to increased levels of profitability for everyone.
