Last week, we congratulated a few colleagues that recently hit their three-month mark with Netmail, and received their first issuance of shares. Netmail is 100% employee-owned and practices open-book management. As I have shared in prior posts, I truly believe that when employees become owners, their commitment to the company often changes, and that gets reflected in the work they do—whether it’s developing our email management software or taking care of our clients—it all leads to increased levels of profitability for everyone.

I’m a bundler which means I deal with a single vendor for high speed internet, mobile phone service, HD TV, and home phone service (yeah, yeah, I know).
