If you haven't heard me blogging about it before, the upcoming release of Netmail 5.3 includes a lot of very cool features including:Proxy Access
Simple Support Ticket Creation
It also includes another feature we call Policy Action Confirmation. With Policy Action Confirmation, you can assign Moderator privileges to users within your organization, which gives them permission to act as a Moderator and review outbound email messages before they're sent. For a demo of this feature, check out Netmail TV to watch another simple walkthrough from Andrea.
With the Policy Action Confirmation feature, you can create a simple Content Filter Policy in Netmail using specified criteria like "medical" and "history," and if these words are found in an outbound email message, then Netmail will block the message. Using the Action Confirmation option, you can then select what a moderator should do with this message. The moderator can be the sender or any other user (or users)...
